Hello Everyone!!!

I don't know what has happened but there are two MX 10's that their lamps will not turn off when I click the lamp icon. Can you help? Also, The same two are turning off and then turning back on within 20-30 min. The mirrors still move but there is not light. Can you help? I have tried replacing the lamp and it still does it. I am thinking it could be the tempature sensor??

Thank you.

I have 12 mx10's at my place and occasionally the lamp shuts off for a few minutes at a time. In my case it is because they are overheating. Cleaning out the fan opposite the mirror end seems to do the trick for me. 2 knob-light tabs you pull on and the fan is release, clean the blades and re-insert, then lock the 2 tabs.

I recommend you contact your Martin Rep ASAP instead of posting this lamp problem here.
