hi all, i am having trouble with the maxedia i/o box. one machine runs solid on the other the i/o box keeps dropping in and out. in menu, dmx devices the box is on. every few seconds is flashes off all values go to 0 and then it flashes back on. this is causing the system to go black.

check the wiring loom connection on the back of the IO box. on the older hardware the connection wasn´t that robust

The IO box runs over the USB cable so maybe check that connection as well on the PC side
The two ethernet (red and blue )connections run the artnet in and out, If you just have artnet then plug directly into the pc and forget the IO box
otherwise...maybe broken

Maybe try a different USB port in the back of the PC.
