I am trying to load these american dj scan 250 and i CAN'T SEEM TO PLACE THEM IN THE ROOM. WHEN THE UNASSIGNED FIXTURES SCREEN POPS UP, THE FIXTURE TYPE SAYS USER2. ID THIS WHAT IT SHOULD SAY? I HAVE TRIED DOWNLOADING NEW FIXTURE PROFILE, AND IT SAYS NOTHING NEW TO ADD. I NEED TO GET THESE PLACED SO THAT I CAN MOVE ON. PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ASAP.
NOW WHEN I OPEN IN VISUALIZER, SCAN250 THERE, BUT CONTROLS ARE NOT RIGHT. REALLY ALL OVER THE PLACE. I ONLY ADDED 4, BUT 6 ARE SHOWN, THEN WHEN YOU READ FIXTURE LIST ON VISUALIZER, THEY ALL DISSAPEAR. PLEASE HELP.

| on the visualizer, when i go to VIEW, then FIXTURE LIST, the scan 250 aren't on list, even after i click read fixture list. i have 2.9v1,but i've had lots of problems getting this loaded and going. also, your gobos are different from mine. shouldn't they be the same? |

I discover a little bug in the Fixture Profile for SCX600 (Mode2, original profile) no shortcut to reset function, Ofer's profile is OK
